How can I order?

It is preferred that orders are placed online for speed and accuracy.  However, if on a rare occasion you are experiencing an issue in being able to do so then we encourage you to contact us on 01924 869010.

Do I have to have a business to place an order?

No, we cater for everyone including individual customers.

Do you have a minimum order value?

No, we do not have a minimum spend.

Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?

All discounted prices will be shown in the product ‘bulk saver’ field for each item. If your required quantity is greater than our advertised price breaks please call to enquire with our team to see if we can offer any further support on price.

How can I pay for my order?

Orders placed on The Packaging Depot require payment to be made online. This is processed by Opayo (formally Sage Pay) who are our secure payments provider. Opayo hold Level 1 certification in meeting the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. No customer payment data is held by The Packaging Depot.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver next day to the majority of Mainland UK postcodes, however this could take longer depending on some geographical location such as the Scottish Highlands  (please refer to our delivery page for more information)

Can I collect in person?

Yes, our trade counter is open to the public on weekdays between 8.45am – 5.15pm. You can ask a member of our experienced team for free and professional advice, or view a product for a demonstration.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we use premium carrier and pallet distribution networks who all offer tracking in addition to our own fleet of tracked LGV & HGV vehicles.

Do you deliver overseas?

At present The Packaging Depot website is not configured to accept orders for delivery outside of Mainland UK.  However we can still supply products to non-Mainland UK and overseas addresses. Therefore please call to discuss your requirements with our team on 01924 869010 and we can prepare an individual quotation.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, please refer to our returns policy for accurate procedures.

Do you offer custom designed packaging?
